Yes! You are reading this correctly. There are tulip fields in the UK. So, apparently you don’t have to go till Netherlands to enjoy these unique colourful fields. Norfolk is the area of England that boasts a major production of Tulips in the whole country.

How to reach the Norfolk tulip fields

There are two major sites where you can find tulip fields in Norfolk. The first, and most famous one, is the Belmont Nurseries in the town of King’s Lynn. Here, each year more than 60 million tulips are displayed between April and May before the yearly crop. The second site is a little field in the East Winch village. This is a little tricky to find because, while the Belmont Nurseries are easy to find, there are no directions on how to find the field in East Winch (we found it for a fortunate case while passing from there).

As direction on your google map you should put directly “East Winch”. The village is stretched entirely on the main road (Lynn Rd). So, once you spot the main church (All Saints’ Church), you can park your car and proceed on foot. The field is located on the left side of the church. There is a little side road from where you can access it.
