We are getting ready to celebrate this year's global summit, reflecting on valuable lessons from last year's event.Professor Subramanian Rangan noted that performance is visible, but progress is invisible. Subi urged us to make the invisible more visible. If each family business makes this choice, then each can contribute to bigger output and better outcomes. Delivering performance requires competence, but delivering progress requires character: caring, commitment, and courage. It requires moving from making decisions to making choices. Decisions, he underlined, are about information, and choices are about identity. If each family of FBN can work this way, together we can integrate wealth and well-being, money and meaning, and the present and the future.Paris 2023#FBN #familybusiness #OwneshipMatters #succession #generationsnotquarters #Impact #Future #Family
