- In a non stick pan1 ltr soya milk(umsweetened).
- Warm the soya milk. Don't bring it to a boil or make it very hot.
- Add 1 tbsplow fat curds (dahi)or curds.
- Transfer to a steel contianer.
- Mix well with a whisk. Ensure that all the lumps of curd are broken.
- Cover and keep aside till the curds set for 6 to 8 hours. NOTE. Don't set for more than 8 hoursas the curds will turn sour. In the winter, place inside a cupboard or closed oven to set.
- Curds set after 6 to 8 hours.
- Immediatelystore your curds in the fridge once set. Please put soya curds in the fridge after setting or they will turn sour.

Tarla Dalal    You can use probiotic capsule to make vegan curd. It is available in the medical shops.
